- You can watch this video by changing the “playback speed” to 1.25
- You can only create a SignerList if the combined weights of individual signers is greater than or equal to SignerQuoram.

Final tip: Multi-signing is usually used by accounts with lot of funds. Ex: When you withdraw funds from your exchange just copy the transaction ID and check for the details on any explorer. More often than not, it’ll be signed by multiple accounts. That’s because, it’s an exchange account and it holds a lot of funds.
