  • You can not send token any random XRPL account. You can only send to those XRPL accounts which are willing to hold those tokens - and the willingness is expressed by setting up a TrustLine with the issuing address.

Update

You should always enable noripple flag on the user account while setting up the TrustLine, and we will see more about it in upcoming videos.

Final tip: Set up TrustLine with only those issuers you know and trust. Also make sure if the issuer is following all the laws applicable.
